My first experience at Cafe’ Notte was a food and wine pairing. Both were exceptional and I was happy to leave with a bottle. I can’t wait to go back to try more from the menu.

I was introduced to Cafe Notte by a friend a few weeks ago, and I'm thrilled that I was. The ambiance is reminiscent of a charming little dark bar with a captivating mafia vibe. The food is outstanding, the atmosphere is awesome, and the fact that it's family-owned adds a special touch. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend stopping by for dinner and indulging in a few cocktails or planning a romantic date night. It's a solid 10/10 for me.

We’re new to the area so we weren’t sure what to expect. I got a Negroni to start which was solid then I ordered the short ribs with papardelle and my partner got the notte pasta (meatballs). My partner’s dish could have been a tiny bit hotter temperature-wise but mine came out perfect and I was really happy with the flavors and quality of ingredients for both dishes. We got the tiramisu for dessert which was a bit heavy on the chocolate syrup but delicious nonetheless. The owner came out to greet us during our meal which I love. Great experience, would go again.

What an enjoyable weekday evening out! With Pittsburgh Restaurant Week in full swing, this restaurant knows how to do it right! They’re offering a four-course meal exclusively for this week, ensuring customers don’t have to wait too long and their staff stays efficient. The food was delicious, and the service was perfectly friendly. As my friend said, this place is a hidden gem! So, next time you’re driving down Ohio River Blvd, make this your stop. Every dish we had was better than the last. Thank you to the team that evening for making our night out excellent. We will be back!

Great place for our work event. Nice ambiance. The building was restored from an old motorcycle shop built in the 1920s. The buffet they served for lunch was delicious. Service was wonderful.

I went to Cafe Notte to celebrate a friend's birthday during Restaurant Week. We hadn't heard of it before, but the menu looked delicious. We were completely happy with all of the food, but especially the crab cakes, salmon, risotto, broccolini, and short ribs. The service was phenomenal! We'll definitely come back to enjoy this special restaurant.

I have driven past this place for 30 years and always wanted to eat there, but I finally did and was well pleased. It is not near our home and I never thought I could afford it, but we decided to go there for Valentines Day (actually the day before as I worked the holiday and wanted to avoid the holiday crowd). There was live entertainment in the bar section, but it was crowded, and we chose to be in the dining room for a romantic, quiet setting. The service was great, as it was friendly and efficient. The owner made his rounds, ensuring everyone was satisfied as well. The food was delicious, especially the European style, warm, and hard crused bread with the balsamic dipping oil. The Sea Bass is a little pricey but was worth it, in my opinion. There were other less expensive meals that looked just as good, but I just don't get the opportunity for Sea Bass much. There is a large wine and alcohol drink list, but a limited beer list, though at least something a beer drinker could find appropriate. There is outside seating for the summertime, and we were assured we can sit outside with our dogs when the outside seating is open. We look forward to that. With the tip, two soups and meals, as well as a few drinks, our bill came close to 130.00, and though for us that may have been a lot, we thought it was worth it and look forward to going back again.

This was our first visit to this restaurant. The restaurant was a delight from beginning to the end. Service was spectacular, and the food was delicious. This is definitely a restaurant worth visit over and over. A place to WOW out of town guests. Did I mention the dessert are out of this world? So Good!!
